With warmth and wit, Thilo Krause tells in his new novel Now that you're a hero about growing up in East Germany and the comfort of friendship. Toni gets by in this system he doesn't quite understand. He befriends Maik, who has been held back a year. Together they escape into themselves and discover true friendship. In conversation with Katja Schönherr (author and SRF literature editor), we learn more about life in East Germany and a look back. The evening will be musically accompanied by oboist Damian Neidhart. We warmly invite you to join us for the following apéro.
