Scene by scene, game by game, they battle for points, playfulness, and the audience's favour. The audience cheers, gives impulses, and rates each scene anew. This is how the winner is decided point by point. Whether dance, song, poetry, pantomime, or grand opera: anything can be part of the evening as long as it's improvised and works on stage. Of course, it's not just the teams. The moderation also gets involved: the horn of boredom punishes sluggish scenes, the basket of shame penalizes misbehaviour, and the impro rulebook ensures that bonus and penalty points are always possible. Tonight, a team from anundpfirsich takes on Improtheater Bremen. An impro international match or city duel: there are hardly better conditions for a thrilling evening. Theatersport™ is the duel of impro teams – fast, playful, and different every time. No admission to the show is possible after 20:00. Seats not occupied by then can be resold by anundpfirsich.
