Stefan Obrist shows various ways and possibilities for how we can design the time to the end of life with dignity and self-determination. The lecture will address, among other things, the following questions: • What physical and emotional processes do we go through towards the end of life and what significance do they have? • How can pain be relieved? • How do I find a way to deal with my fears and what helps me with letting go? • How can assisted dying be viewed from an anthroposophical perspective? There will be an opportunity to ask personal questions afterwards. Dr. med. Stefan Obrist Specialist in General Internal Medicine, anthroposophically expanded medicine, practice in Richterswil.
